ABOUT US
Nigel Grossman is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with over 30 years’ experience surveying and valuing residential properties of all types, and has run his own surveying practice since 2009. Prior to this he worked for both Corporates and Private Practice, including Halifax and Prudential.
Nigel is also an RICS Registered Valuer, and is fully Regulated by the RICS.
What makes us different
Nigel believes in quality over quantity and will only ever undertake one survey per day allowing him to devote the necessary amount of time to properly inspect your property, without the time constraints that many corporate surveyors find themselves under.

Nigel aims to avoid using technical jargon wherever possible in his comprehensive survey reports making the reports easier to understand. Nigel appreciates that clients will sometimes have questions after reading the report, and is always happy to speak with clients with any queries.
